If you would notice the reference to what I was posting, it was meant to be understood to be rather tic. The problem is that I refuse to judge a 2-3 second clip on endless loop for actual spirituality. However, the person who created and posted the clip has either no respect for the things of God or no knowledge on how to properly treat the things of God..

A few brief comments.
The Holy Spirit doesn't force anyone to act like a wild animal.
No one "dances in the Spirit".
The video shows someone intense response to her Lord and Savior.
We don't know the story behind the dance. She might have been healed of a deadly disease, or won the lottery. Her spouse or her children may have committed their life to Jesus. Something happened to cause an extreme expression of joy.
I have personally witnessed a person shaking like they were going into convulsions. Every time she laid her hands on someone she started to shaker her body. No doubt in my mind the lady was possessed.
I believe the lady's motives are pure.

I don't believe God is glorified by this.

He's not in the spirit and it looks like he knows people are watching and even recording his actions-- which is the motivation for his antics. It doesn't appear that his actions are meant as sincere worship or praise to GOD, which means that he is out of order.


Then again, I could be wrong about my summation of his actions. God please forgive me if I am wrong. They are part of a culture very different culture from my own.

Sorry you feel that way. I couldn't find a scriptue saying the Holy Spirit will make you act like you have siezures.

no but it does make you appear as though you was drunk according to acts. or acting as one who is intoxicated.

however dance has always been a form of worship, and you can find that in the bible.

i some what agree with you, but at the same time i am reminded that david danced with all his might before the Lord, and there is no telling how that may have looked to others.
