Praying for her here.

In the state of Kansas if you are in danger of bodily harm from a dog, you are within your rights to kill it.

But, I agree it will need to be tested for rabies.

My oldest daughter was attacked by a rot when she was 7 or 8. It was shot, but it had to go to the vet to be tested. It is cheaper if the dog is alive.
The dogs head had to be sent off to be tested.

So sad!!

I'd venture to guess that in TX, where it's legal to shoot a human if he's in the process of stealing your car, the law probly won't do anything to someone shooting a dog that just mauled a young child. I may be wrong, but I don't think so.

Seena had plastic surgery and is doing good.

They sent her home with mom and dad.
