Remember Titus2Woman? If I remember right, she talked about what she fed her pigs, and that bacon from her pig was high quality because of what she fed her pig. I would love to have a slice of bacon from her pigs. If I could find someone who cared about what the pig ate and get pork from that pig, I probably would eat more bacon. But as it is, I don't like to buy pork from the grocery store.

Whole Foods Market have a very good selection of high quality bacon, from trusted farms. That will make do if you can't purchase from a local farm.
