True.
But UPC people are really overweight.
More than the average American.
UPC attendance seem to be food related.

I eat all the time.
I have found out that people who don't eat usually at some point die.
Food is good, eating food is better. Yet people who point the finger at fat people are usually as unhealthy as the fat people. They are just skinny fat. No exercise is worse than overeating.

I second that. I catch myself criticizing fat people when I see them eating junk... while I'm in line to order the same thing... and I'm slightly over 300 pounds.
Skinny fat is a thing. When I weighed much less I was a smaller fat version of myself.

That's kinda mean, don't you think? But I will say that while attending a UPC (that went Indy), I would hear people say something like, "food equals fellowship." We'd eat fast food after every church service. If we were in revivals that went on for several weeks, well, you get the gist.

Have to disagree.
I will say that among that the under 30 crowd in the UPC is much more health aware than their elders were.
I travel quite a bit and most UPC churches are right there in the norm as far as weight goes.
