Agreed. But there will not be anyone from the Old Covenant around during the Tribulation.

Technically, it can be argued that no one has been able to follow the Old Covenant since the destruction of the Temple in 70 AD.

The ONLY covenant one might enter into today is the New Covenant. There is no salvation outside of Christ.

In Futurism, the only consistent view is that the salvation of the Jewish people is the result of their conversion as they watch the prophecies of Christian Scripture unfold.

Who are the elect?

It is clear from these many scriptural sources that the CHURCH is the "elect", not Israel.
