For the very first time I find myself in need of an icon, but there is nary a one

Then I thought of improvising, but the Lord showed me that some folks might

didn't know much then, only that many preachers respected him: preachers
who themselves later became men of renown, around trinity circles, that is.

That's basically all I will attest to: and that I can call him "brother".

I did a name search on Kenneth Hagin and couldn't find anything on the forum.
Anything which says he was baptized in Jesus name, preaching Jesus name baptism and its importance. Also preaching against the Trinity and preaching One God. I couldn't find anything.

I dont know if this fits Hagin but here goes. I have hardly met a Pentecostal or Charismatic Preacher who says they DONT baptize in Jesus name. To them it means in his authority...we baptize in the name of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

So when they say they baptize in Jesus name its NOT because they believe in Oneness.

Having said that there are some Trinitarian groups that DO baptize in Jesus name. Thats how I started this journey myself.

As to the promise of the Spirit ALL Pentecostals and Charismatics that I am aware of believe in that. They differ from most Oneness in that they believe it is OPTIONAL where Apostolics believe it is ESSENTIAL.

What DID you find?
Was he a three-stepper, two-stepper, one-stepper, or even a baby-stepper?
Did God lead him to the waters, but refused him drink? Perhaps Brother Hagin
(just Hagin, to some) do a TD Jakes reversal, and preach Acts 2:38, to acquire
more fame and fortune?

Here's one: Do some of you folks actually believe that the Lord has revealed His
NAME only to certain men in certain denominations? Had He done so, there would
probably be no Church today, that was called by His NAME!
Here's another: since when are men called to preach against the trinity to have
men saved? I believe men are called to salvation only bt the preaching of truth;
that is, by the gospel that saves. If we know truth, we shall never have fear of
doubt in the Brethren.
Once more: does anyone believe that the institutions advocating the trinity
would give testimony or credence to anyone who left their faith? Or where would
WIKIPEDIA get its information on anyone? Just asking.

i was on a forum where the brothers were hooping and hollering when they heard Sarah Palin say that she was baptized in Jesus name by her old pastor. Well, I did what I always do and that is inquire at the source. So, I called the church where she was baptized. Surprisingly I reached someone who was willinging to speak to me and answer my questions. He told me that she was baptized in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.
Armed with this information and presented it to my bredren, but those who still wanted to call her Sister Palin refused to accept the fact that she was just a run of the mill Trinitarian baptized in the formula of titles.
