You should take zinc, or a good quality multivitamin. Look at Solgar, NOW products. A good multivitamin is One ‘n’ Only by a company called Pure Essence.

Thanks. I was taking vitamin D last year. Not sure if it was the vitamin, but I was emitting large amounts of… tar- to paint a messy picture. It seemed like a lot more was coming out than I was in taking.
Seems like COVID hit me almost as soon as I stopped taking vitamin D.

Actually, it’s Zinc you should take, but the multi vitamin One ‘n’ Only is a whole food one a day vitamin, which will help balance things out. Sleep, drinking enough water, eating clean ( not surviving on highly processed foods) and exercise, will help you beat viruses. The CDC is getting ready to boost the stocks of The pharmaceutical companies. This will be done by saying that COVID will never go away, and that we need booster shots yearly like the flu shots.

Oh if Pentecost thought of their spiritual man like they take care of their carnal man....
Boosters, renewing, refreshing, fighting the spiritual viruses (sin) that takes out their spiritual man....
We would have powerful church and powerful services.
But most people are concerned only for their natural man.
