I do realize that - BUT, it's too late to edit! May the powers that be grant this humble servant forgiveness!

Anyone have the scripture for the "campus pastor" ?
Interesting teaching but can you jell it out with chapter and verse?

Hi E.B. I know that you're just yanking her chain, but technically any pastor is a "campus pastor." The "campus" in antiquity was the field near an army camp. Troops would train and practice their drills on the "campus." By extension the term came to be applied to any open field and later to include the buildings built for training purposes on that field.
Titus 1:5 probably describes what Sherri is doing.

I think it does. On television you are taking a 3D image and flattening it out onto a 2 dimensional display. This brings the angular features of the face and body out from relief and flattens the over all appearance.

I am amazed at the answers here...Why do we enjoy making fun and light of what a person feels led of God to do?
Where does the Bible mention co pastor, SS teacher, Youth leader, and a lot of things we use?
Many of these things we use are for the growth of the work of God. I hope my husband has dozens of co pastors, and what ever kind of pastors helping him for he is only one man...

I agree. I don't particularly care for or agree with the concept Eddie and Sherri and many others are going with but there is no biblical injunction against it and if it works and grows the kingdom of God then I say go for it.
I just personally would want the man preaching to me to be there in flesh and blood if at all possible. If the church was being persecuted or I was homebound I would have no problem being pastored long distance by video but if I am able I will be attending a church where the preacher is preaching to me in person. Just a personal preference.

Just as a side note... I wonder how some liberals (No, not you Sherri) would react if a conservative would pull the video thing. Would he then be a power hungry dictator with control issues?
Just thinking out loud... nothing personal Sherri.
