My grandfather could do it, but they rarely did it at his shop, He would do that for sick neighbors and such.

I didn't know how to vote exactly, so I picked Female Stylist...

I used to go to an old fashioned barber shop, until my best friend's wife started cutting my hair. So now she's my female stylist. lol

Yes some guys go to women beauty shops, but it seems like old fashioned barbers give better cuts.
Before I got married I went to a MR.MOORE In Thomasville,AL who charged 4 bucks he blocked the back and everything,he was a barber in the army in WW2, I think He still cuts hair.
That was back in my sawmill working days.

I like going to old fashioned barber shops but even in small town,South AL, the old fashioned 4 and 5 dollar barbers are all about gone.
I ain't going to a beauty shop and paying 8 to 12 bucks to get my peach fuzz whacked.
10$ at a barber. 9$ for the cut and 1$ tip

I can see I'm getting clipped here. I go to an old fashioned barber shop and still pay $10!!! Even worse, I wear my hair like you do!

Years ago, I went to a barber who gave shaves with a straight razor. I did it a couple of times but never really could relax and enjoy it. Good shave though. Like Bro. Scott, I liked the tonic's smell. Also you could read all the old magazines and see what you missed 3 years ago!

Our thinning hair makes us look wise.

The chairs that went up and down are pretty comfortable.
