Commedian Ron White says it best. You can't fix stupid.
Since stupid can't be fixed, one may as well make fun of it.

Stooping to their level by making fun of them just makes the members here look bad. JMHO.

You mean them "apostolics" are viewing this "apostolic" site? And those "apostolics" are concerned that two of the "apostolic" members of this "apostolic" site had lunch?
Why is it, that the church is so dysfunctional?
Tell me the church doesn't need Jesus!
Jesus, help us!

When your beliefs take a beating like they do here on the 'ole forum, it's nice once in a while to know that there are legitimate whackos out there that really do deserve labels, disagreement, and a little, JUST a little...humor thrown their way.

What is reprehensile is the way Reckart throws in: "Oh, of course I'm not implying anything about their relationship but that they are friends."
... by that of course implying the opposite if someone is willing to believe it.
This guy needs a good, swift kick in the rear and being knocked up the side of the head probably wouldn't hurt either.
Price did the same thing on his "website" by implying that HO and Lady Rev lived together and of course you know what he was implying.
Reckart reminds me of a documentary I saw of a guy who was head of a chapter of the White National Socialists in Alabama.
The guy was really nothing more than a piece of white trash who was a little eloquent - just enough to gather a small group of dysfunctional social misfit boys around him that finally found some piece of identity and a sense of belonging.
Well, it's the same thing here - look at Price and Smith - fat, uh ... far from being matinee idols - probably ostracized by EVERYONE at school, much less not knowing what it's like to kiss a girl or even have one look your way and DEFINITELY not going to be rocket scientists anytime soon.
Well ... Reckart gives misfits like Price and Smith a sense of identity and belonging and a false sense of superiority over normal, well-adjusted folks.
So of course he'll have a somewhat limited following of dysfunctionality masquerading - very poorly - as religion.
I've said before that much of radical conservative pentecostalism's "converts" are people just trading one form of dysfunctionality for another.
Yeah, yeah ... I've seen some Baptists it would apply to also.
Reckhart just takes it to worst extreme possible.
