I predict Phil Stacey will go home tonight.

With that little girl boo-hooin' and snottin' all over the place last night for Sanjaya, it's just going to fuel all the little girls' infatuation with him. He will have their strong voting power.

And Haley used her uummm...sex appeal to appeal to a few voters as well, I'm sure.

So that leaves poor Phil Stacey. The next weakest link.

You gotta love a woman who tells it like it is.

Lol...it was adorable at first...but her continual tears made it seem more like she had a loose link in her chain somewhere.

Of course I agree with Renda as well...she could have just been extremely appreciative to be there.

They should have just focused on her swooning for Sanjaya and called it good.

Yes, I thought she was just a little girl who was excited about being at AI...and then the boy hugged her...they were lucky she didn't faint dead away!!

Did you see the girl sitting beside her? She looked like she wanted to smack her! I was reading her face as saying ..... "OH PLEASE!!!"

The injun should be going home but it will probably be Haley.

The white girls have such weak voices compared to the black ones. I can't believe that out of the tens of thousands of people that auditioned they could not have found white girls with better and stronger voices.

These poor white girls are not even in the same league as Melinda Dolittle or LaKisha. It is like a middle school football team competing against an NFL team.

I really enjoyed tonight's performances. I thought they all did great! Well...except for ONE anyway. He has sooooooo got to leave this competition!!!

Anyway...I voted tonight. For two singers. One male and one female. I usually wait till later in the competition, but decided to jump in this time.

Anyone wanna guess who I voted for?
LaKisha is our hometown girl and so I'm hoping she wins...that and the fact that the girl can flat out sing.

However, last night she sang the wrong song. What she sang was okay, but if she had sung the other one she debated over, You're My World, Melinda might have had closer competition last night.

You're My World
has more of the range that would showcase that big voice...and really, there were a lot of great songs she could have done.

The Dusty Springfield song, You Don't Have To Say You Love Me, would have been great for her, too...I mentioned that to my mom right before the other girl sang it.

Oh well...just the opinion of a product of the 60s...

Well, I had never heard the girls, but I had heard everyone on here raving about Lakisha all along. So when I heard her last night, I was a bit disappointed. I didn't think she did nearly as well as some of the others. I hope I get to hear her again on a better song!
