Someone plan meals for me for 1 day and I'll eat that for 1 month and track progress.
Any takers?

Remember America wasn't built on carbs it was built on diary, meat, fish, and poultry. Lard was used in cooking, beef tallow was used in cooking before deadly corn oils made it into our frying pans.
Please take the few minutes to listen to this...

My internet is not so great, but I will try to listen to it in a bit.
I wish there was such a thing as a grocery store that you could buy things that were good for you, organic veggies, meats, dairy and fish, and not have to be tempted by all the carb-alicioius junk food stacked on nearly every shelf in most grocery stores. We don't have a Whole Foods around here, but I wonder if even they do such a thing?

If you're serious, I'm sorry for making light of this... and maybe Dr. E. Bacon can chime in his 0.2 worth.

All grocery stores have good things for you. You have to look around your area for co-ops, even little health food stores (but only draw back on that is that if the owner eats a certain way he or she may try to steer you in their direction) vegetarian diets (especially vegan) is OK if your a rabbit, but in my opinion not meant for humans. I tried both vegetarian and vegan and found for myself and my family those two lifestyles didn't work. If you have supermarkets, farm stands, butcher shops in your town, you will be able to find good food.
