I believe it's better to stay above some situations and not give anyone the satisfaction of denying you something motivated by their own agenda. Especially if you honestly didn't really want to belong in the first place. But ........ a challenge is often hard to resist.

I went over theres and checked it out after DAII got evicted....!
What a bunch of egocentric cry babies! Their little circle must be gettin real small!
They are against everyone except their little brain ideas.
