Headaches are generally caused by an electrical imbalance between the lobes of the brain. Whenever the electrical level of the lobes differ by more than 3mhz this can cause a headache.
Essentials are highly concentrated plant oils that have a good electrical value and can bring the lobes of the brain back into electrical balance thereby relieving a headache.
The oil with the highest value is rose oil. It is also very expensive though.
Lavender is a good oil to use.
