Free pound of coffee per week, free beverages 30 minutes before I work, while I work, and 30 minutes after I work, free beverage when I come to pick up my paycheck every other Friday and free beverage when I come to pick up my tip money every Monday. Plus a 30% discount any other time for beverages, pastries, and merchandise!

Its a great company to work for. They really emphasize customer service and connecting with people.
