That was what I thought while I read the article from Dobson who failed to mention the most likely predator who would take advantage of that situation.
I still cannot believe this actually passed in CO! I think this will be overturned quickly once the public becomes aware of this law. This has to be the most careless piece of legislature ever passed on a state or federal level.

Wasn't this passed because there was an issue of a transsexual who was forced to use the men's room somewhere, even though this person has been through parts of the transition that gave "her" breasts and "she" lives as a female? I also heard of another instance where a butch looking lesbian was denied access to the ladies room because a bouncer didn't believe she was actually a woman.
That a trasvestite would expose it's self to your daughter... abduction... what?

A man could scoot forward on the toilet seat, leave the stall door open, and someone could see everything God did or didn't bless him with. This is what Dan was talking about.
Sam, we don't have urinals in the women's bathrooms.....LOL!
While reading Rico's post about the butch lesbian using the men's facilities, I envisioned standing at the urinal next to her! Frightening! I don't think that a lesbian would garner as much concern though as having a man, gay, straight or other using a women's restroom. That is just CRAZY!!!
