Mm-hm. I was reading some of the comments at CBSNews about this mother, and most would support her right to abort "fetuses", but do not support her right to have lots of children.
In order to be consistent, reproductive "rights" ought to apply to both ends of the spectrum. (From their point of view/argument, anyway.)
In fact, most would be fine with the government paying for her abortions, but NOT for the government paying for the births. Granted the latter is infinitely more expensive.

Re: Is This Woman Modest?
I saw an interview and she claims she has not received any monies or benefits from the state and she intends to raise the kids on her own.

All I can say is that I'm glad I'm not her. All those stretch marks, wow! I have enough of my own. LOL!

The hospital has applied for Medicaid for the children. Premature births are VERY expensive. We're talking millions, here.

That is just too bad I guess. After conception there is no other choice than to preserve human life. The Government paying here is no different than paying elsewhere - they are individual human beings. Now if we want to talk about getting the government OUT of health care, I am for that, but as it stands if these children qualify, they qualify.

My point was that she was receiving money from the state, a LOT. Not a comment on whether or not she should.
