Questions:
1. Were they instructed to repeat the sinner's prayer?
and then
2. Were they instructed to repeat certain sounds and phrases to "prime the pump" so they could go on and speak with tongues?

Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.
Our assistant pastor have been used at camps all around this summer. Not sure how many but I know he has been gone a lot. So far they have seen 200 receive the HG and about 100 baptized.
Over 200 souls received The Gift of The Holy Ghost at the Ohio District Camp last night! Bro. Doug Klinedinst ministered the Word and led the congregation in a prayer of repentance. He then prayed the prayer of faith. GOD IS GOOD!!!
Praise the Lord! What an awesome report! God is still moving mightily in the
day we live!
I have a question...if we believe in the THREE STEP process, repent, be baptized in Jesus name and filled with the Holy Ghost, why do we rejoice over reports where people are only baptized? What good is it if 300 get it and none are baptized in Jesus name? Im not being mean, Im truly concerned that we are missing something here!
Why has it been for years we are more concerned over how many got the Holy Ghost and never how many got baptized in Jesus name!

when and where are we supposed to rejoice over someone being baptized? We should always be rejoicing. Rejoice when they repent too

Apostolic is defined on AFF as:
There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
Every sinner must repent of their sins.
That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.
