Re: Say a Prayer!
Well, he seems to think it's a scar tissue band that popped on the side of the knee cap yesterday. The x-rays were fine and nothing is torn or broken. I'll accept that, but why the pain???? He put an elastic sleeve on my knee and that supports is feeling better. He said to give it a couple months........COUPLE OF MONTHS?????? Okay, I will.

Re: Say a Prayer!
I can handle the pain as long as I know nothing is damaged, but I do hope the pain subsides too!

Sorry to hear that, Renda. But, JOIN THE CLUB!! LOL! I am STILL not feeling well since I got anemia. I got a cold last week and it knocked me flat because I still have low energy. Got all those boxes unpacked?? I don't!

Oh yes - those boxes have been LONG gone.
Well, I have R.A. too and that's been bothering me really bad the past couple weeks so I'm sure that's probably not helped matters at all!

Re: Say a Prayer!
I'm going to accept that God touched my knee and that's why all is okay and the pain will be gone very soon!
My God can do that!

Re: Say a Prayer!
I am always saddened when these elder sisters in the Lord suffer. I will continue to offer up prayers for your healing. In the meantime don't forget to take your gerital. Oh, and don't leave the oven on when you leave!

Titus2woman on AFF
"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."
