Cindy, I love gifts like this. They mean that someone took some extra time and thought to put together something that they knew you would love. That tells us how much they love YOU

I just took the kids sledding. Though it's 20 degrees there is a wind bringing the wind chill into single digits. 30 min and we were done!

Re: Best gift THIS year
My favorite gifts were:
A bright yellow teapot (stovetop) from my Mom
A Martha Stewart Christmas cookbook from Sister #3 (Becky)
A green compact from Sarah
Ice Skating lessons with Jeff (from Jeff)--explanation:
A couple of weeks ago we went ice skating with friends, and my husband went along to be a good sport, but he was miserable and on the wall the whole time! I was complaining a bit because I wanted him to at least TRY to skate with me, but he wouldn't--and couldn't...LOL!!! So, he called our local ice rink and signed us both up for lessons. He asked the instructor, "How long to get me from 'pitiful' to average?" She told him just a lesson or two, so we'll see how it goes!
It's top secret from the kids, though--we're going to take the lessons and then take them skating again and impress them with our new skills.
He gets MAJOR points for that one. GREAT gift.

Re: Best gift THIS year
I'm enjoying my new netbook from the couch while watching the Little Caeser's Bowl game.
I think ya'll will be seeing a bit more of me now! LOL!
Hubby got the new Call of Duty/MW2 game when it came out this fall, and since then him & 2 kids have been hogging my computer! The way the new game works it requires each computer to have it's own copy of the game. At $60 a pop, we've taken the cheaper route and they fight over my computer. LOL!

LOL! Margie! I did! I showed him your post.
He just smiled.
What's even better is, he's sitting here next to me on the couch. So I get my family, my football, and my friends all at the same time! haha!
