Trust me, your local Zumba class isn't very sensual. 
Why in the world would a man be sitting around watching an exercise class or video anyway? If he's DOING the video or class, he's going to be working out too hard himself to be worried about what anyone else is doing. If he's not DOING it, then why is he just watching it?
Oh, and the class I saw had just music, no words.

I have a feeling if some guy was just sitting and staring at all the women exercising, he'd be asked to leave, no matter what sort of class it was.

If he was just sitting staring, it would be sensual for him no matter what class it was! All forms of exercise involve some interesting moves!
