God justifies a believer at faith/repentance
Unites a Believer with Christ and Remits Sin at Water Baptism
Regenerates a Believer upon a conscious Reception of the Holy Spirit with signs following (tongues)
Then as that believer obeys the leading of the Spirit and the Word he is sanctified and is considered Holy.
That believer will be rewarded for their faith by being Glorified at the Rapture/2nd Coming of Jesus or Death.

At what point is a believer saved or not saved?

As long as that believer is responding with faith to the commands of Jesus to repent of sin, believe his claims, get themselves baptized in water and to seek and receive the Holy Spirit, I believe that person to be right with God and if they were to die would go to heaven, the moment that Believer turns from obey the commands of Jesus to complete this process that person will be judged.

This is still a "full salvation" view of the AOF ...
To reject this view would be in violation of the unity clause of the Fundamental Doctrine ...

I made my case, yet it was rejected from the forum scholars. That is why I advocate for the UPCI to change their AOF and take out the word "Full" it no longer has merit and to keep it, but no longer practice it represents a slap in the face of the founders intent.

I now acknowledge that the hard 3 step view of salvation has won out in the majority.

By the way Robin Johnston's work on Goss reveals much more the dialogue between Goss and Witherspoon regarding the intentions of the founders.

According to the Diary of Goss, he specifically told Witherspoon to not associate Acts 2:38 with the New Birth as the Merger will not happen. Witherspoon followed his instructions to the letter.

By the way, Goss gave instructions to his Family to keep the Diary a secret until 2000, now we know why.

I was banned from another forum. I think for me this highlights a struggle that I currently have.

I can accept my more conservative brethren, they can't accept me.

For those who don't know me, I am a 5th generation OP. I have a Bible College Education, and Master's Degree from a large Seminary. I preached my first message when I was 18 years old (so 20+ years in the ministry). I have started 3 churches, 2 failed, 1 succeeded tremendously. My home church is the Stockton Church. I currently Pastor a church that split from a UPCI church in the 1970's. So we are independent.

My struggle is I can't go UPCI, because of the extra Biblical stuff.

I can't go the other direction, as I feel some Biblical Values and Clear directives aren't emphasized either. I do feel that Acts 2:38 to be the normal New Birth, while acknowledging the complex components of Full Salvation, I believe it to be the complete picture of the believers initiation. Yet I don't believe the Bible teaches a all or nothing salvation economy.

So I sit in no man's land, I guess I have for the last 10 years or so. So where do I belong?

Huge ... I believe that this how DKB will revise the AOF in 2012 with the blessing of his "Creative Planning Committee" to include a definition of the New Birth.

What's your source for an e-book version of that? PPH only has a dead-tree hard back version advertised.
