I offered my back to those who beat me, my cheeks to those who pulled out my beard; I did not hide my face from mocking and spitting.
Does this passage refer to Jesus as the UPCI teaches or not? If so, Jesus had a beard according to your own teachings. Therefore, I guess that makes it right unless, as in other matters, what Jesus "preferred" is not what the UPCI teaches is right.
The UPCI would kick Jesus himself right off of their platforms because of what some men you follow have taught you to believe. What does that make you?

In this UPC church,there are plenty of guys with beards.They are on the platform,teaching in the sunday school department and such.

There have been platforms where they are not allowed Prax and my comments are not directed on those who take no position but on those who do and claim that the position one way or the other is somehow biblical
