Why should my conscience bother me?????? You're the one admitting to discussing Sister Alvear with your friends in emails, private messages and on facebook, and apparently with a "LOT" of people. How does pointing that out affect MY conscience? It should bother yours. What truth did I twist, OP?
Also, I do think it's right to address people directly if you have a disagreement, although privately is obviously better (especially initially). However, if you can't do it respectfully, you shouldn't do it at ALL, IMO. At least, that's how my mother raised me.

And WHERE in any of those statements you pasted did I EVER admit to "discussing Sister Alvear with your friends in emails, private messages and on facebook"??????? WHERE????? Do you people just make stuff up as you type?? This is like me saying that Sis. Alvear threatened to call her lawyers and Ms. Craig arguing profusely that she didn't and to prove it, quoted Sis. Alvear as saying that she wasn't going to sue anyone!!! The two had nothing to do with each other!! This stuff is just made up!! I've read that I'm a coward, that I think credit cards are evil, that I called Sis. Alvear a liar, I mean it's just non-stop mountains of BULL.
You people bring new meaning to the phrase "Evangelistically Speaking. This is kinda like a church that seats 150 having 17,000 on Easter. If you must condemn, the reasonable and fair thing to do to anyone whether you like them or not is to at least try to quote something they actually DID say!!

If you didn't talk to your pals about it, then how do you know a "LOT" of people agree with you? You're the one who mentioned emails, private messages and fb. Were there are lot of people who shared your "concerns" or not?

It's difficult to temper my temper when everyone just wants to make things up. In the attempt to defend a well-loved lady, who was never actually attacked; in an effort to fight a war that was never taking place, people have just decided to just throw endless stupidity against the wall and see how much of it will stick.

I'm aware of a lot of things. To be aware of something and to actively talk about someone behind their back are TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THINGS!!! And yes, the all-caps signifies a difficulty in tempering my temper.
