Before Andrew Breitbart's unexpected death, the conservative blogger and journalist had promised to release video footage of President Barack Obama that he said would change the election. Now, BuzzFeed has unearthed the video it believes Breitbart was referring to, according to the site's editor-in-chief, Ben Smith.

If this is indeed the footage in question, it's not particularly controversial.

Please check your sources before you accuse Breitbart of having nothing. You need to look at the whole interview that is NOT edited. Huffington and RealClearPolitics have it edited just like Ben Shapiro said the media would and have done. Hannity has the raw cut.

Point: Harvard University Law School professor Charles Ogletree admitted that he hid controversial video footage featuring a college-age President Obama speaking at a campus rally in support of a radical professor.

"I hid this during the 2008 campaign," Ogletree said in the video. "I don't care if they find it now."

Obama is embracing Bell because, they have a close relationship. That is the part they cut out.

Bell was the first black tenured professor at the school, and a pioneer of "critical race theory," which insisted, controversially, on reading issues of race and power into legal scholarship.

Obama says in the video: "Open up your hearts and your minds to the words of Derrick Bell."

So, now the next step is to vet Derrick Bell and what we are going to open our hearts and minds to.

And please note that Breitbart's editor-in-chief Joel Pollak and contributor Ben Shapiro said they will be releasing more video next week - step by step - Andrew Breitbart's way.. Please pay attention that Obama is not 18 years old, but in his 30's and still close friends with Bell.

po, i watched hannity and read 2 of your links. i still don't see anything negative about bell. bell stood for diversity and wrote a fictional story about white slave traders. what is the big deal? i don't see it.

My mother and I were talking about Thomas Sowell and Wellesley yesterday and I found this interview by Thomas Sowell on Derrick Bell. Very enlightening.

LAMB: You mean, is he a hero?

SOWELL: To me?

LAMB: No. Basically, I mean, from the press coverage, you've seen, is he a hero to the ...?

SOWELL: Well, he's looked at as an idealist who is self-sacrificing and so on. I suppose one could, if one wanted to look at it that way, have seen Hitler that way in his early days.

LAMB: But, I mean, what do you think they'll do with ...

SOWELL: Derrick Bell?

LAMB: Yes.

SOWELL: I hope that they will resist it, and since it's gotten so much publicity, I'm not sure they could stand to cave in to it. I was very pleased to see that Alan Dershowitz of Harvard had criticized this and that he picked up the fact that what Bell is really asking for is not only that people be hired by race, but that they be hired to fit Derek Bell's ideology.

Pollack: You said White Supremacy is not part of it. This is critical. This is critical. You can't derail this, Soledad. White Supramecy is the heart of Critical Race Theory and Obama knew this.


The point: A woman on the panel, on the video, in the link below, says that during 2008 they did not get to see the "raw video". They only saw clips and voice-overs. She said that the people should have been the ones to decide what they thought about it and not the media deciding.
