Their chicken isn't bad, although I like KFC's better. Their waffle fries are WAY overrated though (just very 'blah'). If I'm going to have a chicken sandwich I'll go to Wendy's across the street and have their spicy chicken.

Their waffle fries are great when they keep up with proper cleaning and changing of the oil. Lazy staff or a cheap owner/operator makes a huge difference in the quality of their food.
