That's all I can think of for now. How about you? Who all would you like to meet.
Rico, your a cool guy as well. Thanks for the kindness brother. I would like to meet alot of people on this forum, but if I start naming names, someone will get offended. You would definately be on that list though.

I don't think you've ever been to Austin before have you?

It's not "typical Texas" by any stretch of the imagination.

Speaking of Austin, what's with the "Keep Austin Weird" thing?

If you ever make it to TN, who are you going to make it a point to meet?

Come here... go downtown... you'll get it.

Not something I can 'explain'. It's something you have to experience.

This may give you an idea though...

I've been to a bunch of villages along the way from El Paso to McAllen. Been through Laredo!! Ghetto!!!
Ate at a Mexican joint in Falfurias, where Nolan Ryan was born.
Been through Corpus, did I say Ghetto!!!
Sealy is a trailer park somewhere outside of Houston.
Spent a week in a part of Houston, a suburb, maybe.
San Antonio was dirty. It must be an old town. The Alamo did not impress me, and I love history.
Let's see... Eagle pass... almost any town with a Greyhound route...
I think we passed on the outside of Austin on the drive from Houston to San Diego.

Corpus is ghetto... you nailed it. SA IS dirty for sure. Houston... most of it is ghetto too.

Never been to EP or McAllen myself.

Austin, the east side is dirty (most of it) the west side is clean... the far west side is in the hills and has gorgeous views. The Lakes are gorgeous too.
