It's Free.....There are some bugs obviously but Im sure they will get them fixed. It seems to run faster

Finally got the popup to upgrade. It's annoying because I haven't had time to upgrade it, but this blasted pop up keeps coming up to either schedule the upgrade or begin the upgrade. And even when I schedule the upgrade for another day, it continues to pop up every time I turn on the laptop.

I requested my free upgrade the day that it was released and in the matter of an hour it was already downloading on my computer. When it was finished, I had problems getting to the settings. It said a file was missing. Gave the computer to hubby so he could work on getting it fixed. He had to revert it back to 8.1, do an update (one update I hadn't done) and then redid the Windows 10 installation. Everything works fine now. I haven't had any problems. LOVE it!

Windows 10 is installed on a laptop I rarely use but so far it has operated just fine. There was one program (Audials 12) that when I first tried to open in Windows 10 it told me I was missing some kind of driver and it had a button I could push to get it so I did and the program then opened up fine.

Win 10 comes with some nifty tools. It has a "screen" capture but does video instead of a frame. Wow
Also if you want the power tools. Make a file and rename it "GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}" without the quotes...must have the period too

Finally updated to Win10. Everything works well so far. I do like having only one home screen again, instead of the dualing home screen vs tiles. The start menu could be better, but other than that, all my programs thus far are working and it hasn't crashed, so I'm happy!
