Since joining the Trump campaign as a national spokeswoman in November, Katrina Pierson has served as an attack dog of sorts for Donald Trump, attempting to expose his critics and opponents as faux conservatives who are simply pulling the wool over the eyes of the American people.

And yet, Ms. Pierson’s own statements reveal she is a self-proclaimed devotee of Malcolm X (whom she has referred to as her “idol”) and has a history of attacking conservatives as racists, sneering at Christians who are unable to “handle the truth” and mocking candidates who open up about their faith on the campaign trail as preachers who would be “great if we were electing a Jesus.”

She ran for Congress in Texas in 2014 and helped get Ted Cruz elected.

"However, other Cruz loyalists believe the activist is more interested in self-promotion to start her own fashion line, rather than the work of political organizing, and say there were no plans from Cruz’s camp to bring her on board his presidential run."

“This is a nontraditional campaign,” the activist said. “I can be a little bit more who I am. That’s what I mean when I say it’s like a perfect fit.”

Donald J Trump - ""I could stand in the middle of 5th avenue and shoot people and I wouldn’t lose voters."

He is admitting that his supporters are not paying attention, and are dumb enough to support him no matter what he says or does.

Deja Vu Obama...

I bet you would find some way to justify Cruz for doing that.

"I will say I have no intention of shooting anybody in this campaign," Ted Cruz says when asked about Trump's comment earlier today.

I wouldn't have to defend him, because he isn't a caricature.

Listen, the crowds of people are huge with Trump. They all might show up and vote. He could even win. It still wouldn't make me support him. I stand with Cruz win or lose. I will be glad to have known him and all of the men and women I have worked with putting out the information for people to see.

Re: Understanding Trump's appeal

Cruz is my first choice. Yet I realize he would be slaughtered in the general election. We do NOT live in a Christian nation. We live in a nation that values whoredom ABOVE ALL ELSE.

As we speak every school 1-12 in the nation is teaching our American children that free sex is good. All manner and forms. That abortion is a sacred right.

The huge majority of young voters were taught these values from childhood. Not to mention by the time they finish college.

So yes Cruz would (I think) be a great president. Americans will NOT allow that to happen.

Polls show him defeating the Democrat candidates. He wins by a bigger margin than Trump.

Re: Understanding Trump's appeal

Today Trump is comparing himself to R Reagan.

Getting interesting as that is going to resonate with certain voters who have been looking for that very thing.

PS... Still don't see hillary RC losing.

Right. Although it is true that Reagan evolved into a conservative, he certainly was much further along when he ran for president than Trump will ever be.

Exactly!

Fox and CNN are reporting that 300,000 Iowans are voting in the Iowa Caucuses, giving Trump an 11 pt. lead.

The only problem with that is it would be a 200% increase over 2008. The most voters that Iowa has ever had in a primary is 230,000 in the last Century. The US Senate primary in Iowa had only 150,000 voters in 2014. In January 2015, Iowa has 11,000 less Republicans voters.

All of these facts show that the projected turnout models are not accurate.
