I know, I know, everyone tells me that. I cannot stand one little bit of pink though! Ashley eats hers medium rare and I can barely sit at the same table with her. There are very few places that can cook a good well-done steak; Charley's is one of them.

I used to eat al my steaks well done, but I have adjusted to med-well now. But I can't eat it if it has to much pink, or has blood running out.

Steak is not meant to be a burnt offering.

I vacillate on this subject. Generally I LOVE steak and lots of it - Med or Med-well, never well done.

Then sometimes I wonder if I could be a vegan... (though right now I am hungery for chicken)

I have seen people gnawing on a totally raw bloody piece of meat and had it turn my stomache...

My take on steak is just yank the rope off and if you poke him/her and he/she doesn't moo... it is ready to serve! You know, knock the horns off, stab it, slab it and serve it!

I guess I am going to hell ... wah!!!

Good luck finding that. This past March my husband & I went down to visit my uncle who pastors there....sounds like it's gonna be a nightmare finding hotel rooms. He said that those around the arena are already booked and the nearby rooms were well over $150 a night. But Tampa's a big city and I'm sure you could find one on Dale Mabry or Fletcher.

I wanna go sooooooooo bad....we even have a room ready. But it's looking like responsibilities here at home are outweighing GC.

Hey Matt...you said you were from Tampa. Did you ever go to camp in Ocala? (That's where I'm from.)
