Tons of places in AL without any Apostolic churches. I can think of several counties off the top of my head that don't have any Apostolic churches in them..............

Thanks for all the input.

Folks, pray for me. I still believe Portland is on the horizon.

Ain't no way in the world I would want my husband (or any man of God I respected) to go become pastor to a group of disgruntled folks. I have seen firsthand that such groups do not succeed. I have seem them either eat each other alive, or fall apart through apathy and carnality. It just isn't pretty. What ever happened to the oldfashioned notion/scriptural principle of obeying them that have the rule over us, and submitting ourselves to them?

David wound up with only disgrunted helpers.

He still wound up in good shape, until that incident when he was where he was not supposed to be (should have been in battle, not at home)

true, but David didn't go become leader of an existing group of disgruntled folks. I think that is a significant difference

I know of a few churches that started because of splits that are doing fine. One's attendance runs in the thousands.
