We have baptized people in fish ponds (our front yard in HK), in hotel bathrooms (HK), in swimming pools, in rivers, in lakes, in the ocean, in baptismal tanks - both portable and "built in".
We've baptized young children and the elderly. The oldest were in their 80s. Twin sisters.

Hey! I remember your Dad. He did most all the baptizing at Truth Church back in those days. They called him John the Baptist.
You probably remember my brother John, who was buried today. He was a long time member at Truth Church. Lots of former Truth Church people there. James Merideth helped with the service.

I was baptized in 1978 in a United Pentecostal Church in El Monte, California. Oh, and it was a baptistry.

I was baptized at the local UPC church when I was a Teenager. The pastor that baptized me, still calls and writes me and incourages me.

In a baptistry without a heater. I was 13 and had just received the Holy Ghost!

Larry,
What is your last name? My prayers are with you and your family on the loss of your brother. There are so many folks around from the old days.
PM me your rmail address and I will forward you a sermon from my Dad.

I was baptized at First Apostolic Church, Toledo, Ohio when I was 14 years old. (in a baptistry). I am trying to remember the assistant pastor's name because he is the one who baptized me. I think he's in Wisconsin now??? It was at Bro Fred Kinzie's church.
