Yes, entering this country illegally is wrong, it should be stopped
1. how many acts against our country have been completed by "illegals"? If I remember correctly, most if not all of the 9/11 terrorists where here LEGALLY - even if they lied about their status.
2. if illegals were sent home, who'd do the everyday jobs that lazy americans WONT do????
I think they need to reform the system for allowing LEGAL immigrants into the country.....
just my opinion tho, I dont know nothing

oh - my other question was this..
are we as dogmatic about breaking the law when it comes to our missionaries crossing borders under false pretense to witness to folks in Vietnam - or how about Russia where its illegal for them to gather for service but they have very quiet meetings in secret places...
where is the outcry?
about illegals, it's stupid to close the fence after the cows got out....

Hey, I'm just saying what was being said by a popular local pro-illegal immigration office here in Phoenix. They don't want to pay the penalties. They feel it's unfair for Congress to impose the penalties. They want free amnesty with no conditions attached.

DA - did I ever say I was an expert? No, I haven't. I'm not posing as anything. I simply stated that I've worked in immigration and was refuting some of what CP and you have stated. It doesn't make me an expert, it's just personal experience info.

Where do you live? Have you picked up your local newspaper lately? Here it's filled every week with some news about a robbery, murder, assault, etc committed by an illegal.

Americans aren't lazy . . . they just won't work for less than what the national average pay is, while illegals will. That doesn't make Americans lazy.

Why do we need to reform a system that's not broken? What needs to happen is they need to ENFORCE the system already in place . . . not create some new reform that won't be enforced.

Are you guys really that clueless?
The Disciples delclared "we ought to obey God, rather than man". They only meant in matters of evangelism and morality. They didn't mean it was okay to break every law in the book because they felt like it. "Render unto Caeser what is Caeser's, and unto God what is God's".

I'm not sure what is being insinuated but it seems that if one is FOR securing the border and either enforcing the current immigration laws that one is racist and bigoted -- if that is being insinuated then I am more than offended.
And, frankly, if that is being insinuated I see it as no different than an UC using verbiage of heretic, having been sent a lie, and other such drivel in order to obfuscate actuality. That the US has laws and procedures on how to become a citizen (not to evangelize the lost or any other sort of strawperson) of the United States. Either abide by that law or get out. If the illegal immigrants are here -- they should work toward getting their citizenship. If they don't want to do that they should get out. And it matters not to me what color, creed, or religion they are. Either come here legally or stay the ........ out....
If this isn't being insinuated then ignore previous outburst and carry on...

Oh, you are not mistaken my friend. Anyone who is not in favor of an open border with no control while the illegals wave the flags of their homeland in our face and scream at us about "rights is considered a racist, unlearned and bigoted.
It's like saying, "well, we have already broken the law so many times - so let's just abolish it".
