I think it's a bit obvious. No doubt that some point Eve discovered something very unpleasant happening to her body that would happen every month until her finer years. I think that would have necessitated Eve creating some form of underwear.

We could talk about more common daily events that could spur the need for a woman to create underwear... but this isn't the place for that discussion.

All I can say is I see a scripture where God instituted breeches for males, but not one for a female. I just thought maybe there was some historical evidence. I wonder what they used?
