But, those truths do not negate His word which says that remission of sins occurs when one repents and is baptized in His name.
For the sole purpose of proving that what the Jews called common or unclean was not so with God any more. When the Word went forth from Peter, God confirmed to him exactly what his vision meant in all reality.

Had to have been an awesome experience.
