Whatev.

So let's all go fornicate because, after all, the worst sin is judging, right?

Silliness. Absolute silliness.

And that's the big story here, in my opinion. Since 'fornication' was needed to justify the divorce.... 'fornication' was stretched to include "exhibitionism". That's very troubling, imo.

It's endorsed doctrine by an Executive presbyter.

Daniel,

It would be grounds for divorce if...

1. She was on a pool date with a male friend other than her husband while clothed in nothing but an itsy-bitsy-teeny-weeny-yellow-polka-dot-bikini.

2. She went there on the sly.

Gee, what else would her husband be left to think?

She's flippantly flaunting a bit more than her liberty, don'tcha think?

What do we know about the husband? Is he a good man, or does he wear Speedos in mixed company? LOL!
She wasn't even a member of the church when the pastor spoke about her character. The pastors comments were made to obviously justify his daughters relationship with a divorced man, who judging by the speed of their engagment may not have had the divorce finalized when they were beginning to grow close.

Yes the woman wore a bikini. We do not know if it was after the divorce was initialized or before. Yes the woman was at a pool with a married man. We do not know if it was alone or with the man's wife. Yes the woman and man got divorced. We know neither the cause of the divorce nor the timeline for the events that occurred.

Not grounds at all ... sorry you view marital vows so flippantly.

And more innuendo placed on the victim.

To me, that is cheating. She's showing her wares to the wrong feller.
Do you commit fornication everytime you see someone in a bikini? whether it is on a magazine cover or walking down the street or at a relatives house for a bbque?

Bearing false witness and divorce is always trumped by mixed bathing.
