According to some eschatology interpretations the Beast will enter the political stage as a world leader, initially offering a false peace and stability, but ultimately leading to persecution and a global war. He will deceive many with false teachings, set up his own religion, and establish a global system where people are required to take a mark “computer chip” in their forehead or hand to buy or sell. At the end of the Beast’s reign the Beast will be destroyed by Jesus Christ.
