people are leaving, should they keep silent and stand on the sidelines and say nothing?

I got no problem with them writing letters and such.

But to only focus on the cards sent in to HQ is diversionary.

Diversionary? What should they do? speculate on what may or may not happen at the end of the year? I dont get it, the only numbers they acutally have are the cards recived at their office which everyone knows will be a low number.

Dont you think they feel some pressure here? I suspect that these guys have fielded calls, and exchanged emails with different people.

they need to have some kind of official response but what should it be?

"there will be a meeting in Tulsa here is the address"?

If they start speculating on what might happen, what purpose does that serve?
