Re: BAM!!!!!!!!!!!!
haha. and i thought this was a thread about Emeril, my favorite TV preacher.
I wonder if God really holds it against an ignorant baptisee the theological error of the baptizer? Is God that um....legalistic?

Re: BAM!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is very weird to say the least. If I was a new convert I would not want my baptism taken so lightly. This is a serious step and shouldn't be disrespected in this way. I also have problems with all the manufactured hype.
God doesn't make people act like that, they want to act like that! All the shaking and jerking can't possibly be edifying to the body of Christ and I doubt that is the spirit of God.

Elder,
TB isn't nuts! He knows exactly what he is doing! What amazes me is that so many Christians give him credibility because there are "miracles" at this revival in Florida. If only they would take the time to research his "ministry" it would be obvious that he hs a false prophet.
Mark 13: v 21-23
And then if any man shall say to you, Lo, here is Christ; or, lo, he is there; believe him not:
22 For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect
1 John 4:1
Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
“For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.” (2 Cor. 11:13-15).
Here is a video showing Todd doing cold reading. It's what fake psychics do - they go off the clues you give them - by your body language, facial expression, by what you say to them.

"Out of the mouths of babes"...this child sensed that what Todd was doing was something to fear. Again, Todd speaks mumbo jumbo while he lays hands on the child.

Todd calling down angels in the revival.

Todd was in "ministry" eight years when he went through what he described as a dark journey of the soul. Afterwards, he started marking his body with tattoos. Below is just one of the dozens he has which reveals Jesus’ dead face with a subliminal monkey etched in His beard!
Above the tip of the head, is a subliminal Oni a “Buddhist guardian devil” of Hell! Jesus was tattooed upside down which signifies a "Jesus death mask - old satanist wish".
Check out this website where he explains more of Todd's tattoos and his angel, Emma! http://www.scribd.com/doc/2909690/AN-ANGEL-CALLED-EMMA
People should be take what this man is doing seriously...he is not a man of God!

Re: BAM!!!!!!!!!!!!
Makes you wonder how many view some of the altar services at our churches. Our old UPC church had lots of the same foolishness going on. Many times there would be total chaos surrounding our altar services.
I realize that when people release emotions that they have held back for years that their bodies can shake and quiver and we should support them in their travail. But to hype people into a frenzy just doesn't seem necessary or even helpful.

There is a difference between God's Spirit and this false spirit/anointing of the apostate church. Todd has been told by his "lord" that this anointing he has was a transferable anointing. There have been people from all over the country and other nations that he has transferred this anointing to in order for them to bring it back to their churches. It wasn't God's anointing he was transferring, but lying spirits of darkness.
The physical manifestations of these spirits were the barking like dogs, vibrating and other bizarre acts seen at these meetings.
Check out what Todd has to say about this annointing.

Re: BAM!!!!!!!!!!!!
How is this any different from Apostolic services where a charismatic preacher will yell and scream to get the crowd into a spiritual frenzy? It looks like many campmeetings and conferences that I've attended over the years.
Instead of the new age type music from guitars, it's the Hammond and Leslie music setting the tone.
Take away the "BAM!" and put a coat and tie on the preacher, and it could be an Apostolic youth convention.
The question that I ask is: Is God being glorified?

This is perhaps why the only time I have ever really felt God move directly was during the quiet moments of a service.
The rest was just an artificial emotional frenzy.
