Re: Poll for UPCI member/preachers only

Hey, what about movies not made in Hollywood... what about international movies, or indie films?

Re: Poll for UPCI member/preachers only

Not UPC I know some that are/were it does not matter if he has TV or not. If they don't have a TV they go to Wal Mart to watch the live events and internet to catch all their favorite TV shows. My buddy is on his computer 3 hours every night. And he lives with his lil brother and mom....they have the TV and he won't touch the controls but if lil bro is watching football he watches and listens.
Point being that the whole issue is kinda silly.

Re: Poll for UPCI member/preachers only

All I can say is that I've never actually heard my pastor say he has a TV, nor have I heard him to tell me not to have one. I can only assume that my pastor does not have a television. Do I care if he has one? Probably not, but if he preaches against this medium, I would expect him to preach against the internet as well. Just for the record, I am licensed with the UPCI, and I do not have one because of what I signed to obtain the license that I carry with them (UPCI).

Re: Poll for UPCI member/preachers only

Can someone please tell me the wording of initial "affirmation" one goes through as a new minister? Must one affirm the UPCI Articles of Faith in toto? Or is it only selected portions?
