We missed you and your sweet spouse, but certainly understand. There

What a blessing it was to meet you and Iva after reading your inspiring
testimony last Nov. 22, 2008. I responded and the rest is history. You and
Iva and I have corresponded via email, and also the telephone many times.
It has been my delight to get to know and finally meet you two. Also to
have you visit our church and meet our family and church family which in-
cludes many of our family. Also to have you two with us at the birthday
party our six adult children and their families honored me with. The parting
at the airport yesterday came too soon for all of us. It has been a glorious
nine days of fellowship and fun. You and Iva felt like family. That's the way
it should be with God's family!
May the Lord lead and direct your lives as you go forward in HIM, in Jesus Name!

Thank you, The Mrs., for posting the pics of my "New found" land friends for me.
These friends are special "treasures" found on AFF. I guess it's all in what one is

Actually my birthday was a couple of weeks ago. The story is how I met these wonderful friends after Bro. Peter posted his testimony on AFF a year ago Nov.22, 2008. I responded and by staying connected via emails, phone calls, etc., it resulted in them flying to Texas. Our meeting for the first time was on Sept.15, and having them here for my birthday, was the icing on my birthday cake!
