You're right. There IS lots of false doctrine promoted here. AFF, where there are no absolutes. Ha.

I'm not going to comment on preterism other than to say, I am going to reevaluate post trib and see if there's something that I missed.

As for YHWH, are you referring to the comment "yahoo god?"

And as for this forum. Its a forum not a website for anti preterists views but the fact is there HAVE been people speaking against Preterism here too and if you want to do that, go ahead.

There are others that have too and have their own books or website.

I am talking about Steve Eply. He has many times mocked the name of YHWH and Yeshua. People on the Forum call HIM Elder. As far as I can tell he holds the same "standards" as Reckert. Steve is a nice guy IMO but his doctrines are just as bad as Reckerts.

I give Reckert a lot of credit for preaching post trib rapture. I feel it is the truth and even seemingly many who say they believe it are not willing to go to the mat over it. He also tries to educate people on the errors of Santa Claus day and Easter if I recall.

Am I his follower? Could I have a beard? Can my wife trim her hair and wear a veil? Can I continue the practice of baptism into the name of Yeshua as I have since 1983? .

My Apostle is named Yeshua. I dont plan on ever changing.

Mike I do not believe God's name was ever Yahweh it think it is a human invention made up by folks who cannot speak or read Hebrew as yourself. Since I have only met Elder Reckart a couple of times I really do not know what he teaches with the exception of his strong emphasis on Jewishness and post trib theology(which is not a biggie to me). I think some called me Elder because we having been fussing together on these forums since FCF.
I also think you are a nice guy I wonder about a baptism into some formula you can't pronounce in Hebrew?
