WRONG! I just don’t like when people think we’re all idiots because they have seen some stupid stuff take place in a church.

I misplaced my face mask that I use for work. So I wore the one I purchased at the church that displays the church name in initials. A guy asked what the letters stand for. I told him it stands for the name of the church.

Me: “Pentecostals of...”
Guy: “Those the ones that yell?”
Me: “what? You mean shout?”
Guy: “anyone shouts in my face they’re getting punched!”
Me: “I haven’t seen anyone yell in a persons face.”

We get known for things, some of which we shouldn’t be known for.

I seem to recall that they accused early Christians of eating babies. Kind of seems it may go with the territory.

Isn't that basically the Bible verse for: "I do what I want"?

Seems nearly anything you want to do can be justified with that verse.

So there's some dissonance here...

You quoted the bible about "The natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God" to defend something you admit in the very next breath is being caused by emotional overload.

It's almost like you are subconsciously picking the best sounding defense for the given criticism.

You are wrong. If you really were able to comprehend the power of the HG that is in me ( by the grace and mercy of God ) then you would understand that as a human I don’t have the perfect emotion to express what is happening inside of me. Sometimes I may do stuff that others don’t understand... I do all this in self control tho... I have “ felt “ like doing crazier things than walking on pews, rolling on the floor or even standing on top of a pulpit but I understand that’s it’s not God making me do these things but it’s my expression of what is happening in me.
