Probably something similar to this:

A pastor and his young son were walking along, enjoying some much needed family time. The son looked at his dad and asked, "Dad, what do you call someone who leaves our church and goes to another?" The dad replied, "Son, that is called a traitor." The young man was silent for a while, and then asked, "Dad, what is it when someone leaves his church and comes to ours?" The dad did not hesitate to answer, "A convert, son, a convert."
