3 is just too arbitrary cant they see that, to easily used for the wrong reasons and by the way this is a church fellowship is it not, unreal, dt

Anyone that hold UPC credentials and has also joined the NCO better watch out....they'll be after us...I mean you 
I'll be interested to know how long it takes the districts to start labeling all the men they don't like as under question.
I Pastor, but I still preach out alot....and often outside the UPC. What this forces me to do is IF I preach for someone that use to hold UPC credentials but is now out, this forces me to HAVE to call the District board and see if it is ok for me to preach for the man or not.
If I go without calling and the man is under question and the district finds out, then I'm in trouble.
