I found FCF through Pianoman back in 2004 after staying the weekend with him and his wife.

I surfed for a long time before I spoke up. Then one of my first encounters was with the Bible thumping lady from Oregon (what was her name?). Not long after that I asked WWOD if he had a life because he was always on and we got into it!

Sherri told me about FCF back in 2004 when the JCM Reunion was in its planning stages. I read alot but didn't post much back then. I remember commenting on a thread and getting BLISTERED by Roxanne. There were several members who quickly jumped to my defense but I crawled back into lurker mode for a VERY long time after that. But when NFCF started up, I quickly jumped in the mix there!

The old "possee" use to come riding in in their white horse and get pretty ruff on those who did not tow their paricular line of legalism.

I last saw them riding off into the sunset, chasing a coon.

Most of them have not been heard from in a while.

I declare , I think they were justpreachers. Where ever did they go.

Same here, but I asked her if she had a manual printed because I wanted to be just like her!

She went for my throat once. Then OR fell into the ocean or something. She really did convince me though. She persuaded me and made up my mind for me.

I remember Bro. Grisham preaching once, he said, "You can wear your skirt so long that it'll drag your tracks out, but if you've got a spirit like a rattlesnake you aren't holy."

Re: How Did You Find AFF or Its Predecessors?

I found AFF via a google search while looking for another supposed Apostolic forum. Never knew these forums existed (until this year), and never did find the other one.

I have a message he preached on Revival. He talked about everything that can crawl out of the woodwork will come crawling out when you are trying to build a church.

He told about a women that showed up in a jogging suit with her dogs and needed fare to get home. He told her she couldn't bring her dogs into the church house. He said, "After we got her on medication, she is a good saint."

Re: How Did You Find AFF or Its Predecessors?

I knew the Yohe family when they pastored in Bloomington Illinois. I heard (grapevine) that Jimmy was stirring the pot in a forum of his. I began to lurk and really became interested after hearing that his posts (challenging the UPC Sunday School Division) was causing some at HQ to pray against what they perceived as an attack.

I know of a very well-known evangelist who prayed against Bro. Yohe as well. Scary!
