Cant happen ,congress removed the severablity clause, if the mandate goes down it all goes down IF they follow the letter of the law.BTW they already have voted ,we just cant find out til june.

Do I agree with the way free insurance market has been handling insurance, NO. They need a watch dog that is NOT the insurance company as they pretty much have had in the past.

exactly have an aunt of mine in Canada, who waited nearly two years to get a simple surgery ,she is 71 , was bedridden,it nearly killed her ,but fortunately there is a lot of age in the family ,finally she got the surgery and she is now gaining weight and off the meds.fact is they go oh well, she is 71 put the younger ones at the top of the list.

Technically, you are correct. In actuality, most of the Court analyst that I have read or listened to do not believe this will actually happen.

After hearing Obama dare the "unelected" court to do something "unprecedented" by overturning his bill....and suggesting that the SCOTUS lacks authority or power to do so; I'm wondering how Obama was ever made a Constitutional Law Professor. Affirmative Action has to be the reason, because anytime Obama talks about the Constitution, he shows how ignorant of it he is. He certainly didn't get the position because of his knowledge on the subject.
