Yeah, I would like to read it! Or see the website! Im all for nontraditional, its time to quit "standarding" folks out the door and start bringing them to Jesus just the way they are! I am proud to be a long haired, tattooed, earring wearing, shorts wearing, Acts 2:38 preaching, shouting, One Steppin Apostolic!!!

Re: Non Traditional Church Pastord By Ex UPCer
The local newspaper archives articles after a fairly short period of time so now you would have to pay to see the article.
The church website is:
www.experiencecc.com
There is information about the church there and a media tab where you can watch video of the Sunday sermons. The church goes through the books of the Bible one at a time and just started Revelation a couple of Sunday's ago.

Re: Non Traditional Church Pastord By Ex UPCer
Sounds like a very Relevant church that is actually doing Kingdom Work!!! I thank God that my Church sees outside of the box and that we can differentiate between Doctrine and Legalism! Sounds like your church can too!!!
I for one couldnt think of going back to an "old school" Apostolic Church.
Jesus wants people for who they are not who "church" thinks they should be!

Re: Non Traditional Church Pastord By Ex UPCer
I think there is room for a lot of different type churches. The Experience Community Church is a church that some people would not feel comfortable in but many others do.
I hope that every single person who would not feel comfortable at TECC finds a church that they are and plugs in.
I think it is easy for folks to get hung up on their particular style of service or worship and think that is the only way to do things.
Experience Church appeals to a lot of younger people and people who would not step foot in a traditional church but I don't think that means more traditional churches don't have their place.

Nicely put.
If they are not against us then they are for us. It seems to me that some things are less liberating than they are generational (tats, for example).

One of the largest Churches in our City is run by Archdiocese of Vancouver. They have multiple full services every Sunday & sometimes Friday & Saturday Mass! There doctrine however makes the people two fold child of hell!
Numbers doesn't mean a Church is doing the will of God!

Yes the smaller the church the more likely they're right. Few are chosen.
