I absolutely HATE shopping for shoes. So much so that I have just enough shoes to get by--because I will NOT go shoe shopping. I have the basics... navy, black, tan, white, a pair of sneakers, and a couple of pair of loafers, etc. I take the girls shoe shopping. Both my daughters LOVE to shop for shoes... and have dozens of pairs of shoes. I leave them in the shoe store looking around.. I sit in the van and read. When they are finished shopping, one of them will ring me on my cell phone from inside the store, and I'll take the debit card in to pay for their shoes.

That's true. Our men have to wear ties at work and they hate it.

you really do hate it...I dress nicer now most of the time when I leave the house...and I like to have some nice shoes...I wear tenny shoes most of the time, but I try to keep them fresh and clean...so when they start looking tacky they go into the yard shoe pile...

I like shoes but never bought a lot. If I had to choose between a new sweater and/or skirt and shoes I'd go for the sweater and/or skirt.
My daughter loves shoes and buys lots.
