I''m safe; mine are paid in full each month and I rack up on the airline points!!! Dave Ramsey is right to a certain extent, but I would really miss those free flights!

A funny story. Many of you Know who Dave Ramsey is these days.
Well, before he wrote his first book, he had a local Nashville radio show where he teamed up an investment guy named Roy Matlock. It was a call-in show similar to what Dave is doing today, but it had two guys answering financial questions.
Anyway, they preached the sin of credit cards faithfully every day. They seperated not too long after Dave come out with his Financial Peace book.
Anyways.....about three years ago Roy Matlock comes into our gallery to buy a grand piano from me. I was expecting him to pay cash like he always preached! BUT NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
He charged it on a VISA credit card!! It was NOT a bank card!!!!!!!! I thought I would fall out on the floor!

Yep pray that when I buy another $5 ticket for Wed 90 Million drawing, my numbers come up.
Just think my local church would get 2.7 million from what I would take home.

After taxes my lcoal church would get 2.7 million. However I would give my pastor 50% of the tithe.

You should never carry your SS card with or your number ever. That is the key to your identity.

Would have been nice to know 17 years ago when the government was having me stencil it on my clothing... or before that when it was my Driver's License number in OK.
